Every August we provide new backpacks filled with school supplies to families who need them.
We are very grateful for the generosity of the United Way Capital Region for providing the majority of the school supplies. Our families not only benefit from the generosity of the United Way but also from local supporters who provide free haircuts for the kids along with new and/or gently used clothing. Our wonderful support agencies have representatives available to offer services to the families that take part in August.
Tools for School 2017
Please join us for our annual Tools for School on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the St. Albert Community Village and Food Bank.
New backpacks filled with school supplies will be available for pick-up along with gently used clothing.
Studio 107 staff are generously donating their time to cut the children’s hair.
